On January 25, 2018, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) released its findings with regard to an investigation into the corrective measures taken by the Veterans’ Administration in the wake of whistleblower complaints.  The findings, which were detailed in a letter to the President, were highly-critical of the V.A.’s investigation into complaints made by medical practitioners at the Manchester facility.  In particular, the OSC noted that very little action was taken prior to release of a Boston Globe Spotlight article in July 2017, in spite of the fact that the V.A. had been notified of the complaints at least six months before.  For more regarding the OSC’s findings and to read the full text of the OSC’s letter, go to http://www.unionleader.com/article/20180126/NEWS06/180129486
